Un arbre en fleurs ? Non, il s'agit du feu d'artifice du 14 juillet 2006. En fait, il fut tiré à Cherbourg le 21 juillet 2006 en raison d'un vent trop fort le 14/07.

Fireworks display on Bastille day

It looks like a tree in blossom but this is a shot to celebrate the Bastille day on July 14th. Due to high wind on July 14th, the fireworks display took place on July 21st.
